Our waste disposal company is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable waste management services. We specialize in the collection, transportation, and disposal of various types of waste, including residential, commercial, and industrial waste. However, please note that we do not handle hazardous materials or electronic waste. Additionally, we may have limitations on service availability due to location and the volume of waste. ***Note that all unbagged trash will concur a $2 per bag fee that bill be invoiced with subscription plans***

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for our valued customers. If you need to cancel your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Thank you for choosing us for your waste disposal needs!

At  Henson Solutions Waste Management, we are committed to resolving any disputes that may arise in a fair and timely manner. Should a disagreement occur, we encourage open communication and prompt reporting of the issue. Our dispute resolution process includes an initial discussion, followed by mediation if necessary, to ensure all parties are heard and a satisfactory resolution is achieved. We value our customers and strive to maintain a positive relationship while addressing any concerns.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HENSON SOLUTIONS WASTE MANAGEMENT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE;

  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES;

  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE WEBSITE; AND

  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HENSON SOLUTIONS WASTE MANAGEMENTS' AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF [$100.00 USD] OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HENSON SOLUTIONS, IF ANY, IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
